Trumba Combi

Where is the Trumba Combi pressure remote value on Thor Trabquiliyy 19R.
It will be on the floor near the Truma unit most likely- mine is a yellow lever on the end of a pipe, and dumps thru floor. (Shown in Tellaro 20L pic)
Known as PRT valve, pressure relief/temp valve.
Pic shows in open position to drain. Be sure to read your Truma manual for winterising- no air blow out- just drain, isolate and leave PRT open according to manual, for winter storage.
In spring you can de-scale with white vinegar tho.

Thanks. I cannot find the yellow valve on the heater.
Follow the blue pipe that goes away from the supply to the Truma and try to locate- it has to be there somewhere. You can also get a full set of drawings from Thor's owner portal.
Find page with "fresh water plumbing". Not great dwgs, but may help locate your PRT valve in yours. Could be hiding under or behind the Truma too.

Post a pic of the area on the floor around your Truma- might be a different color/configuration too.

We have a Tranquility Van (for about 3 years) and we just discovered where the valve is. You have to remove the bench cushion and remove the wood top. Within this compartment is the Truma. We found the valve on the right side (if you are standing over the bench and looking down on the heater) down near the floor. when the valve is released it will drain any water left into a tube that goes down through the floor and is open to the ground. Our Tranquility is a 2022. The location may have changed, but worth a check!

Thank you for your reply. I am still unable to find the yellow valve.

Do you have 2 drains under the van (one hot and one cold)? I wonder if one of those is the new placement?

We also have red and blue (hot and cold) drains with valves under the van. They are not the pressure relief valve for the Truma, however. It should be right with your heater, inside that bench. Once we opened it up and found the valve, we looked further under the van and found the hose sticking down, on the underside of the van just below the valve inside. The location for the valve is definitely not in an ideal place, but it is what it is. It does look like the yellow handle valve shown in Mark54's pic.

I have another idea. If you have not looked in the bench yet, an easy way to confirm if it is in there would be to crawl under the van about where the bench would be located and look for the tube extending through the floor. If you see one, then the pressure relief valve is above it inside the bench. ;)

What BigSky says. The low point drains are not the pressure temperature relief valve. FWIW, mine was half buried under wiring and behind the Mastervolt Combimaster. Mine is a Tellaro so different layout than yours but it should be close to the Truma and as noted it drains directly down thru the floor.

In my Sequence 20K, I cannot see my yellow pressure relief/drain valve. I had to follow the plumbing from the Combi, and feel for it underneath my Inverter. This is under the sofa/bed drivers side in 20K. Once I found it, I could refind it fairly quickly. Not ideal placement by any means, but I assume the inverter was installed after the plumbing. Mine also can stick open, so after flipping it, I make sure to push down on the top of the stem to make sure it is seated. It is a very similar design to the pressure relief valve on house water heaters with tanks. Definitely get an account on the TMC Owners Resource site, it has all diagrams. Not everything is easy to see on there, but it helped me understand the Bypass on my Combi better. Plus has all the manuals. Customer Central
