Just ran a channel search and found several but the tv then doesnt go ahead and turn to any channels .
Says please run a channel search.

Perhaps a connection to antenna issue !

What Year/Make/Model RV?

What Brand/Model TV?

How far are you from the broadcast towers?

If it picks up any channels at all it is likely not an antenna issue.

When we arrive at a camping site, I run AntennaPoint on my cell phone, and then point my antenna toward the closest tower. Occasionally, the closest tower isn't the one that provides the best channels, however.
Just because the search says x amount of channels, doesn't mean all of them are able to be seen, and some of those that can be seen are too pixelated to be of any use!
Trial & error is usually the theme.
