Gearing up to head South for Winter. Just got things ready to go and a snow storm and cold weather came in. Heat pumps are not efficient at these temps. but LP furnace is working fine. Question: Can anyone advise if there is a down side or danger in running the LP furnace with the three slides retracted in travel position? The floor heat ducts and air returns are not blocked by any interior furnishings. Thanks for any assistance.

We did on our Redwood a few times. I don't see a downside at all, in fact a necessity when traveling through cold regions with water on board. the unfortunate problem is the underfloor is not sealed well, and on the road cold air can pass through faster then the furnace can keep up and you may still get a freeze underneath.
