I did a quick walk through of the 2024 Thor Sanctuary 19M at the Tampa Fall RV show.

Bigger fridge is only benefit to this layout- hallway too crowded (like the 20AT Tellaro we had for short time) - bath too close to fridge, access to drawers difficult, and bed is too high. Bath too small for us.
Rear storage is nice, but you need a stepstool to get into the bed. Wingamm has one like this and they have steps built in for the rear bed floor plans. This is ok for a single user or athletic couple that can jump that high...

I would agree that some of these new RVs seem to lack attention on flow ... here is another example. Not only does the bed inhibit flow, but it is time consuming to assemble.
