Here is the video tour of the new Thor 18M, tell me what you think about the layout.

Single user RV- unless you're young and athletic, and even then inner sleeper has a challenge if they need the toilet at night... rear bath is great- and cassette toilet is nice too. I like the layout for ONE person, but Thor is still using the crappy torpedo windows. Slow learners there...
Master switch location is awful. Better turn on before leaving and leave it on...
Generator location is impossible for most owners to service.
I'm sure the insulation is the same as my 20L. (As in: Not insulated...)
If I were single, I'd love it for mild climate use only. I'd dump the generator and move batteries up off bottom as I did in my 20L...
Wingamm would be my next choice if I were to switch.

We like the floor layout of this model as apposed to the other FPs offered in the Rize/Scope size. For the bed, we use a 3/4" piece of plywood with 4" foam pad on top, set between the rotated front seats. I have added 2 removable legs for added stability. This allows for the walkway to the bathroom to remain open, sliding door access is unaffected and gives a shelter for the dog. For storage; the plywood and pad sit on top of the original couch cushions. . A simple 90deg rotation, screw in the legs and the seat bed is done. Takes about 2 minutes to setup or take down. With this configuration, we now have two couches that each can use. I'm 5'10" and the wife is 5'6" and it works well for us. For taller individuals, it will be a bit small.
