Brand new to the forum with a brand new Redwood 412GK. All the sinks and the shower drains fine, but neither the dishwasher nor the wash machine drains. In fact, with the first time using the wash machine, the pump in the washer blew out all the water through the vents on the roof. Also it does not stop spinning at 2minutes left. Manual says because its not draining. The dishwasher is also throwing error code that it is not draining and tub stays full of water. Any ideas or suggestions?

Who installed the washer?
If the RV was WD prepped and then a WD was installed the drain line had to be opened to the tank (as it was closed before. Could be as simple as a valve or it could require a plug removal. Follow the drain line.

Both appliances were installed by Crossroads and came with the RV from the dealership.

I called the manufacturer and asked to speak to someone familiar with the plumbing on their products. I was told -very nicely- that this request was not possible. They would not allow anyone with knowledge about how they build their rv’s to speak with an end user.

Update on dishwasher: I removed the rubber sleeve that connects the drain tube to the sink drain and discovered that the plug was still in. (Im not kidding) So an easy fix. Just removed the plug and reassembled everything.

That just leaves figuring out why the mash machine is pumping soapy water out the vents on the roof.

I would NOT run that dishwasher until you figure out the drain piping lack of flow. The washing machine pump is powerful enough to pump the water out of the vent when the drain is clogged.
