Hello guys!
I accidentally flooded</span> my washroom, will the area around that water gets moldy? what will happen exactly? please tell me.

The short answer is 'probably'. A lot of what might happen depends on what flooded, how much water, how long did the water 'sit', did it get to the walls or just sit on the vinyl, etc. More information is needed before we can really try and help.
 
If you got the water up pretty quickly, it might be okay. I accidently overfilled the gray tank in a Flagstaff TT I once had. Apparently the pipe joints in the vent weren't glued and water ran out from under the shower. I got some towels and mopped it up as quickly as I could and never had any problems out of it.
