Water heater won’t light

Hi all. I’m new here but could use some help. I have. 2018 Thor Quantum RQ29 Class C. We’re getting ready to use it for the first time after winterization. I drained the antifreeze and filled the water tank. I’m plugged into shore power but don’t think it is 30 amp. I can check. Even with the generator running my control panel for the water heater will not turn on. I have 13 volts to the correct fuse but the control panel still doesn’t turn on. I have the propane on and the stove lights fine. All 120v circuit breakers are on.

Any ideas would be great.

Since you say "control panel" I assume you are talking about an "instant" water heater and not a tanked version?

These normally have a power ON/OFF switch on the water heater itself to turn it off when not in use.

What model WH do you have?

I have a quantum RQ 29 with a Girard tankless water heater.
