2017 Thor Quantum PD31 - I continue to have water build up 1/4 to 1/2" in the storage garage - passenger side/under TV. I can see no area of leaking on the top side. Any ideas on what could be causing this? Condensation? Also does anyone know how to get your hands on a water line diagram of this model? No response from Thor Cust service. Any input would be appreciated..

I have searched all thru the site and have had no luck... (lost about 50 minutes of my day trying to find something :( but I do so appreciate your input and your quick response

After going back and continuing to dig - I did find what I needed.... Thank you -

Added to the floor will allow one way drainage.
Also
I keep baby diapers in the corner of my bins.
Even little diapers will grab and hold almost a liter of water.
Cheap easy and worry free secondary cures to water gathering.

Simply smart!! There's no way to keep it out other than redesigning the bay doors...the seal system they use is just for looks. My 35SF had water in them all the time...I just put wire racks in the bottom to elevate them and pulled the plugs.

The entire basement floors on our 2021 rotted. Nitwits used plywood for floors under the water tanks, passthrough, and the forward storage. Stealer charges $185 an hour: 15 hours passthrough, 5 hours small storage, 12 hours water tank, the material is $575 per sheet and takes 3 sheets. No thanks, almost $8k in a 3 year old RV.

That's why I traded her off...live is too short for me to do their job for the next buyer. loving the Jayco! I hope Thor leaves them alone. As soon as the efficiency experts show up at Jayco and start changing quality construction processes to a money saving mandate...they too will start falling apart a block from the dealer.

I am really surprised at Thor. Mine was one of the last that they used plywood. Sent me enough flooring for the passthrough under "good will" but labor and everything for the rest they just said "to bad for you".Looking to get rid if this and to a builder that will stand by their product. Maybe too late for Tiffin.
