Hello Everyone
I am having a little trouble with a water leak
I have a 2017 Thor Quantum ws31 the roof has just been resealed approximately 2 months ago and recently found a small puddle at the base of the stove. I noticed the roof vent was open and closed it and thought nothing else of it. After a day or two later a noticed the puddle again. but I am not sure where it is coming from any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance
Eddie

The stove is in a slide out. Was the slide out open or shut?

From the fridge on the other side, maybe?

Still could be the vent. Check the seams on the roof.

Hi Jim . At the first instance the pump was not on and. It was not hooked up to water but the tank did have water in it and the
RV was just sitting in my driveway . The second time it was both water pump was on and city water was hooked up . I will check behind the draws for any leaked . Thank you .

Why? That's not a normal condition.

Water Puddles On Floor

When you said "resealed" did you mean just the roof?

One of the places RV shops don't tell you about needing resealing are the decorative trim strips around the outer walls of the slides. If the sealant in the joints of the strips where they meet the outer walls has deteriorated, water can seep into behind the strips and into the slide plywood floors. They and will show up as puddles on the floor when the slides are extended. And the water can eventually rot the slide floors. If your puddles are in an area near the slides, you might want to check the slide floors on the inside where they but up to the outer wall for dampness.

Attached is a photo showing the decorative trim strips on a Quantum's slides. They are sealed with a sealant like Proflex...
