Water under slide

I recently purchased a 2012 ST29RL. I have towed it 5 times so far. It has rained every time I have towed the camper. I have noticed that the floor is wet under the slides each time I tow it in the rain. While it was parked, it rained very hard and I didn't notice any water intrusion until I closed the slides and towed it down the highway. Has anyone else noticed the same problem? If so, have you fixed it? Any Ideas on what it could be?

I do not have a ST but a Cruiser...however we all have slides so I think this would apply to any of us. I have not had this problem so the only thing I can offer is, 'are you closing the slide as much as you are able to so the gaskets do their job?' JMHO

watch the upper gasket as the slide closes sometimes minepartiallyflips over as the slide closes

Well my leak is not fixed yet

so now I have the factory involved.

This is unacceptable...someone needs to answer to you for this. Have you been in direct contact with anyone at CR's? If so I would demand some quicker action.

Good luck,
Jim

Bill hodge is now helping, I feel better now just by talking to him and he is now on the case.
