We’re New to the group just bought a 2012 Crossroads sunset trail reserve 31 BH hoping to intersect with others and learn how to service and look after her now. Will be nice chatting with others that have the same passion.

So after the issues I've had with my 2018 262 BH... my best advice .... double check EVERY water fitting and tighten them up if you can.
And get to know your camper...look through every nook and cranny and even check the hidden places.

And the roof... check it regularly for wear, tears or leaks
