When to Roof seal

Not recommended unless the roof is in bad shape. Your roof is almost 10 years old. What shape is it in?

Well it could use a cleaning but I'm afraid it will wash away and just cause a problem so idk...

Cowboy, I can't imagine a good cleaning would hurt it to bad.
Mark is right, they don't recommend treatment.
Get yourself some solvit and have at it.
