Hello. I have a 2016 Thor Hurricane with the vinyl roller shade in the kitchen and it will not spring roll up. It stays down. It seems to be attached to the valance. How can I repair or replace the shade and does anyone have a place to source the replacement?

Just a guess - assuming the roller shade works like a typical home window shade. Either the internal spring has broken or it needs to be re-wound. Home shades have one end with a flat bar that fits into a bracket (the other end has a round axle). If the spring needs to be re-wound you disconnect the flat bar from the bracket and roll the shade up then re-engage the flat bar. Rolling more or less allows you "adjust' the spring tension.
How to Fix Springs in Roller Shades and Adjust Spring Tension

I'm not sure if there is enough room inside the valance to remove/replace the shade. The valance itself will likely be attached to the wall with some not immediately obvious screws (square drive in most RVs). Search for those screws - it'll come off once you find them.

If the shade needs to be replaced take it to your favorite home improvement store and they can cut a new one to the correct length.

If it’s like my 2017 Palazzo ( slow rise type ) look up at roller bar you may see 2 black latches one near each end. Use a small flat head screwdriver to push the spring loaded clip away one side at a time ,let it drop a little do the other side. They will roll forward after second clip is released. On the roller there is a black wheel (looks like a gear ) on the other side a clear one , remove 2 screws on clear side , wiggle the bracket off so you can slide the roller tube off. That exposes the spring that just screws on the cone shaped ends, I did the one that is black gear side first then screw the cone on to other side. Slide the tube back over cones aligning notches in tube reassemble. When placing assembly tip the back in first to fit into notch push front up till in clips in. It’s not as hard as it sounds. You will need to put a few turns on roller like pretensioning before putting sides screws in
