We have a new 2019 Thor ACE 30.3. During a recent trip on a cold, rainy/sleety day that caught us by surprise, but we had to get home. Problem, the driver's side windshield, about the left two feet froze up and my left pantleg became very cold. There are 4 defrost vents but looking today only 2 have hoses connected and no air comes out of the outer two vents. There are no other hoses or connection points under the dash. Any thoughts?

Schedule some Warranty work and have it fix before the Warranty is out.

Plan B:

Rework the ducts your self and add some more insulation.

We have the same problem with our ace 30.4
Is just a stupid design on the air box. The outter 2 vents are supposed to get air from the same hose the inner two do.
Pop the spinning diverter off the inner two, cover with a napkin or somethin, snap the diverter back on to hold the napkin and the air will come out the outter 2.
Thats how we had to solve the issue on the road, or we would still be stuck in montana because the windhsield wouldnt defrost
