Winterize 25' Freedom Elite with tankless

Hello all! Newbies here.....I have looked at many videos on how to winterize...I think I get it...drain tanks, blow out lines, put RV antifreeze where necessary....any ideas on the tankless HWH? Do I need to turn on the pump somewhere to make the hot water run some way to get antifreeze into the tankless? Short story, since we bought it in DEC, they showed us how to use everything and neglected to tell us they did not winterize....we had freezing weather and already cracked one tankless that I had to pay to replace. They did not help me at all on the price. Just bad business. Thanks in advance for any help.

Did you look at the manual for your water heater to see what it says about winterizing? You really need to insure you get all raw water out and pumping RV anti-freeze though it sounds like the right answer to me.
