I called the factory on Thursday and they said that they were having computer problems. So maybe their whole system was giving them problems. I'm glad they're up and running again.

I too thought I had stepped out of line. I went to the Redwood RV website and contacted the forum administrator. He quickly responded with an apology and WHAM!!!! I was back in. Go figure.

Like everyone else we thought we had done something wrng.

Redwood Marketing here - Apologies. We upgraded the website (to include more floorplans and give Blackwoods thier own section.) We also upgraded the server. Unfortunately, the server upgrade created some issues. In fact, we were locked out of normal Forum functions too!

All should be resolved now. Please let us know if you experience any further issues.
