Tank tech rx and storage

I am about to store my Hurricane 29m in Arizona for 3 months. I currently use TANK TECH RX AND I am happy with it. However they recommend leaving some matter I the black TANK when storing and this will allow the product work better. I ha e no experience with this and curious if I should just drain and flush or so as the label says.

I welcome all input on thjis subject

Thanks

It's probably just me...

But I'd rather leave all of the tanks bone dry, and not put anything in them.
Use the chemicals when you're actually feeding those tanks with the stuff that they work on...
