Airlift spring assist.

Hi, just thought I'd let you guys know that I've just fitted the Airlift 1000 to the front suspension on our '14 Axis 25.2.
I've not had much time to evaluate, but, on a short trip this weekend, it did seem to drive and handle dips and bends in the road better. It was never that bad, to be honest, but did wallow and sway on bends with just the stock setup, and the RV always seemed to sit a little low at the front. I'll see how we get on in the weeks ahead and, particularly, our long, 4 week run down through France to the Med.
Has anyone else tried them ? Cheers.

I recommend them.
There is a computer balanced system and a manual system.
The individual fill manual system lets you adjust for road crown and overweight navigator person and even side-wind from the comfort of your cab.

They aren't needed on my axis/Vegas due to other suspension changes.
But I would consider them as almost the perfect answer to front end stuff.
I've had them on plenty of vehicles.

Thanks Duck, good to get a second opinion. There were plenty of videos online, but they all seemed to be concerned with rear axle springs on pickups, and there was nothing about front springs on an RV. I started at just 25psi, but I've upped them to 35psi to see how they do. Airlift say max psi for the 1000 is 50psi and min 20psi, they must have a min psi as they can collapse and be damaged if totally empty. I must admit, I did get my mech' to fit them, more due to the weights involved than anything else, I don't have the heavy-duty axle stands he has. He said they were pretty straight forward and I asked him to fit the 2 Schrader valves, for pressure adjustment, just behind the hood.
Oh yeah, my bad, my Axis is a '15 not '14
