Well, just got a call from Mor-Ryde today. They are sending a check to cover my parts cost !!! Thank You !!! I guess it just takes time for things to happen !! SHOUT OUT to Lindsey Yoder at Mor-Ryde , you GO girl !!! She stayed on it and found a solution !!

Four as I used the spare wheel for a new continental and the 5th tire was toast. Someone got new to nearly new tires.

Having to deal with any repair facility one does not regularly frequent is always a roll of the dice. Repair experiences like this are why I have done almost all of the work on my own vehicles for over 50 years. I don’t have the ability to do everything—for example, I have no way to pull an engine—but I know that the things I am able to do will be done correctly. I have known some outstandingly honest and genuinely brilliant mechanics in my lifetime, but sadly they are few and far between and are greatly outnumbered by the incompetent and the unscrupulous.
