I'm hungry....right? Actually the guy in the shop called and said everything was on schedule. Appears they do such a great job of acquisitioning parts ahead of time for the known repairs they will be doing, their schedule stays on track. Plus, look at the parts inventory they have just across the street!! Dealer Service Managers should be required to spend a week in this facility at least twice a year. I've heard nothing but good reviews.

Just got home with our repaired Quantum. Arrived at Walkarusa at 6:45. checked in and going by 7:02. By 8:00 the coach was back after repairing a "recall" I knew nothing about and I was headed to Moreride in Elkhart for the leveling kit. Thor sends suspension/frame work to this shop. They greeted me as soon as I arrived and went right to work. The coach rolled out of their shop at 1:30 and she's dead bang level! The drive home was nothing short of amazing, supposedly all they did was shim the suspension level but what a difference. The coach drove better than it ever has! I hope everyone else's repairs go as good.

"Great to hear!" "I agree: congratulations!"

Thanks guys, even though the weather was kinda grey and wet the results of the day were perfect! Only complaint, I was on the way to moreride so fast I only got one cup of coffee!

I couldn't agree with this more Gritz! Steve and Bill really have it together. All around top notch operation. The Dealers could really benefit from job shadowing these guys.

Repairs complete on Outlaw 29H from Factory Plant trip

Brought our Outlaw 29H home friday from the Factory Service Plant. We dropped it off last month. Thank you THOR!

They fixed all the issues(8ea.) i had with it and most importantly the Wing Walls were completely replaced perfectly.

With the back to back holidays and loss of basically a week because of it I was happy with the time frame for the work. I got a call once a week for an update and was able to arrange a time to pick it up when it was completed.

I am not sure how easy it would have been to get them to do the work if they hadn't reached out to me first. Very thankful for their effort in wanting to correct our coach's problems. The main reason for taking it back to the factory was the replacement of the damaged wing walls. The other items i could have repaired myself but the rep said provide us with a detail list and pic's of any other issues and they will take care of them as well. We did that and they did what they said they would do!

Just wanted to give not only and update but happy to have it be a positive one.

Great to hear some good re Thor----hard to keep from thinking the products are all faulty if pay attention to the internet complaints.
Not sure if my DRV is Thor or pre-Thor...
On another subject just to hijack the thread--just spent 3 nights in Tucson parked next to a Hurricane--and the heater competed with the jets from Davis-Monthan AFB all night long.

If you have any issues and haven't yet contacted Thor directly about repairs, you ain't living' right!! My experience was second to no other vehicle service I've ever experienced. They really want your coach to be right. Sure, its a PITA and expensive to make the trip to Wakarusa, but...if you want everything working perfectly...bite the bullet...make the trip...it can be a great road trip to log as there are cool thing to do in Elkhart and surrounding areas.
