Foam sealant

I'm in the middle of my solar install and I find myself wanting to seal around some of the holes that I had to drill into the floor of the coach. Does anyone know what type of expanding foam sealant that thor uses? Does anyone know of anything better and a source of supply?

Rich

Go to home improvement store and get the foam in a can, look to see that it is for use outdoors, it's a polyurethane foam. There are several different brands and the can is one use only! Once the can is used the straw and trigger become plugged when the foam dries and that's it. Plan so you can get everything plugged at the same time. The foam stuff Thor uses come in bulk and isn't available in stores.

I had a similar issue when I wired in an inverter. I found that they make a canned expanding foam that is fire proof. The only down side is that it is orange but that was not a problem for me. When I finished doing the RV I went inside and did all the holes under the cabinets where water lines come in and the pipe from my wood stove into the chimney. I also found where the house builder only stuffed fibreglass into the hole where the heat pump pipes came in so I got them too.

Thanks for the replies, I think I'm going with the fireblock since that's the only one that Dow says is compatible with electrical wiring. Some of the expanding foam sealants are corrosive to wiring and the fireblock explicitly says it can be used around electrical wiring.
