The pump is located under the head of the bed on the left side. There is a removable cover. There is also a valve to the suction of the pump you might check.

My 2015 31W, the low point drains are under the refrig. You need to pull the drawer out to get to them. The water pump is under the bed between the water tank and the wall.

Yes, it will work on hydrolic brakes. You need to install Roadmaster 9060. Which is an air compressor, tank, and proportioning valve. I got mine on ebay. It works great.

Normally the outlets you described are powered through the inverter. There may be push button type circuit breakers on the side of the inverter. Try pushing these in to reset them.
