Finished the project. Called manufacturer and added more Styrofoam board around water heater and boxed it in. No more hot seat lol. Completely insulated below bed and stuffed batted insulation...

I'm not going to use Styrofoam around water...
I'm not going to use Styrofoam around water heater. Was putting some bat insulation around it and installing a piece of plywood to box it in then Styrofoam on the outer wall of the plywood as well...

Wet wall
24 ft 4 winds class c. Outer corner wall of bed is wet quite a bit. Staying in ft pierce, mid florida has been cold but we've been using an electric heater for heat. That corner continues to be wet....
