I figured the TPO was pretty durable, but wanted to do what can to keep our baby in good shape...

I envy LWR having a building to park in.. Maybe some day..

I haven't really ever seen this mentioned on here.

We keep the front and end cal, as well as the side walls washed and waxed. However, is there something that we need to be doing to the roof...
