If your 13.5k unit is not blowing cold aiir through the vents and only through the Quick Cool port then you have a duct issue. A 15k is not going to fix that problem. I would get it back to the dealer and have this looked at under the warranty. Poor cooling from the front AC on the Rushmores (especially the FL floor plan) is a known issue on the CR forum so they have an issue with the front ductwork they need to address.
