It can be a pain in the a$$. Depending on the size of the slide out will depend on how difficult it can be. Also if your stuck in the in position. You have to slide the slide back to get at the motor retention screw. This keeps the motor in its place. Other than that it's pretty easy. Pop it out an pop in the new one.
