We are preparing to head west for a month or so and we do some precooking. I smoke some ribs and bag cut ribs about 10 bones per pack and freeze, they are great re heated on our small weber or microwaved if the weather is bad. We also make a meat loaf and freeze slices which also reheat great on the grill.
