I agree about not wanting to change a tire, but figure carrying a spare will be faster when road side assistance comes.
When travelling around the country, especially rural areas, how easy is it to get a spare tire? Do the road side assistance guys normally carry them, or is it a tow too someplace to try and find one the next day (if at night)?
