Winter use

I am trying to come up up a good way to keep the fresh water drain from freezing while driving in cold weather. I just purchased this RV, and I am still learning about it. There is a simple valve sticking out through the side from the fresh water tank. I looked down the side of the tank from the inside to see if I could put a valve inside, but there is no room for that. I am thinking about a cover of some kind to put over the valve. If anyone has already fixed this - I would appreciate them sharing how they did it. Thanks in advance.
