THOR/VEGA touch Control Panel Voltage Readings

I have THOR Palazzo 37.4 with the VEGA Touch control panel with the updated software (5.5). I use the internal physical system and the IOS app which works fine. My only issue is that the AC voltage readings it provides are way off. It will show both AC input and output readings that range from 75-95 volts, but that is incorrect. I've done a thorough system check from the pole to the transfer switch and then to the outlets. I have 120v at the Xfer switch and show steady readings between 116 and 119 volts at the outlets depending on what the load is. I have the same situation when running on generator power.

Since I am getting good voltage throughout the system I am not too concerned but am curious as to why there is such a disparity between what is shown on the control panel and what is actually occurring.
