2015 Thor Tuscany Optical Cable Routing

I would like to run an optical cable from the center cabin TV which is on the drivers side, to the box above the drivers seat. I stream all my content and I want to use the speaker system.

Any ideas?

go through the basement, easiest route unless you don't mind having it exposed

That would work. A few holes drilled and I'm set. Is there anyway to come thread it up inside the wall where the A/V components are?

That wall should have insulation, making it difficult unless you can find an existing pathway.
