New Sequence 20K Owner

Hello all! My wife and I purhcased a 2024 Sequence 20K in Feb. and are very happy with the floor plan and all the great features. And reading threads in this forum was very helpful to know what to expect after purchase - screws needing to be tightened, some DIY issues easily solved, etc. Conversations on the water miser especially helpful!
I have a shower head that keeps dripping even with the shutoff button turned off and the faucet closed. Drips more with the pump on or with city hookup. Unscrewed the hose attached to the shower faucet and the leak is there - a steady drip. Seems to be the faucet itself.
I also have a water leak that shows up under the chassis. The water seems to be coming from above where the water pump and heater are. I have carefully examined that compartment and no water is present in the coach. But the water drips down where the blue , red and clear tubes come through the floor and chassis. It shows up on the ground below those lines, but has also appeared at other spots on the ground. Maybe getting between the floor and chassis?
Any ideas on how to fix myself, or are these warranty issues that I need to have the dealer repair? Not thrilled about the idea of bringing it in and not having it for a lengthy time.
Thanks in advance!

Welcome to the forum. The issue with water leaks can be a daunting task to locate if it is not found easily. You do not want to let it continue without being found and fixed. If you are unable to find the source without taking the coach apart, then I would suggest having either your dealership tackle it under warranty or see if Thor will authorize a mobile tech/independent repair facility repair the issue. Water can cause a lot of damage if left alone.
