Tow this Bronco

Anyone towing one of these?
Thinking about using Roadmaster adapters directly to the factory recovery.

Bumper is the metal modular unit.

Thank you for the link!!!!!

Has anyone towed one yet?
We are looking at the various Road master "all terrain" tow bars.
The diode light connector seems a little complicated.

I should clarify that I am planning to use the D ring tabs that are on the modular bumper and not the recovery loops.

Bronco tow

Finally got my Bronco 2021 after being on order for 20 months. Hooking up a blue ox outfit to tow behind my Freedom Elite class C. Anyone towing a Bronco yet?

No problem with a Jeep! We’ve towed our Jeep Wrangler Unlimited last couple years. Anxious to try out the Bronco now.

Over at Bronco6g forum many are reporting and confirming an issue with flat towing the new Bronco with 2.7 motor Electric Brake Boost. The 2.3 motor has vacuum brakes so no issue.

Seems that the Electronic Brake Boost shuts off after about 45 minutes use. This creates a problem with your toad's auxiliary brake system. If you calibrate the brakes to work properly while the boost is on, after about 45 minutes the brake boost shuts off and the auxiliary brake unit no longer brakes hard enough to help. If you calibrate the aux brake while Brake Boost is off, then your unit will over brake while the boost is active.

From reports by others, you can reset the Boost System by using key FOB to lock or unlock doors and that resets the Battery management System for another 45 minutes.

Many of us are reporting this to NHTSA hoping to prod Ford into fixing this issue.
