Battery 1 and Battery 2 solar charging

Our solar GO POWER say battery 1 is charging but battery 2 is not. We have 4 batteries connected together. Is that normal?

year, make, and floor plan?

Probably refers to Battery 'bank' 1 and 2.
I would assume your 4 batteries wired together are 'Bank 1'
and you have no 'Bank 2'.
If you look at the back of the solar charge controller, you should see an extra input for Bank 2, and presumeably empty.

Hope that helps!
