I'm sorry it took so long to get back to you. I have the same dilemma as you. I'm supposed to have them as well. I can't see too far back on mine, and I haven't seen any 12v wiring. Did Thor say if we are supposed to have the automatic pads that turn on at 45 and off at 65 ish? I have been in low to mid 30s but the bins have been above 45, so I can't check the diagnostics to see if they come on. Sorry.

    Hi,

We recently bought a 2022 Thor Magnitude. My control panel is missing the 'tank heater' button. I've talked to Thor and confirmed my unit is supposed to have the pads. Can you tell me exactly where they are supposed to be located. I can see under the majority of the tank, between the tanks and the sheet metal below the tank, but I can't tell if the pads are there. I assume that they would be close to the drain point of the tank, but it is difficult to see in that area.
