David, I bought it brand new for that price in October this year from camping world St. Augustine. if he is under water he paid away to much for it in the first place. if you call a dealer and ask what the trade in value is on that rig I would guess it to be around 65.000. the ford chassis is still under warranty, but when you buy used the thor warranty on the house is gone.
