2017 Hurricane31S. Inverter does not supply current to receptacles or appliances. Battery 7 years old but seem good with 12.5 to 13 volts. Tried reset on Xantrex but no output. Everything works fine with shore power and / or generator. Normal on shore power year round and usually Xantrex is on, batteries stay charged. But when no shore power or generator only lights will work and battery volts start dropping. Do I need new batteries or is inverter bad? Or is there something going on?

Just checking in on any Happy Hurricane owners. First timer here on new 2017 S31. First year kind of hassle working out warranty issues but now with 5k miles racked up I am happy with its performance. Learn something new every time I take it out. Enjoy hearing from other S31 owners and experiences.
