The magnet to operate my steps is attached to my screen door. When I open the screen door the contact is lost and the steps open. I need to go down and look at the contact magnet to see if there is a gap. I don't believe there should be a gap but let me check it out. I did have to replace my step motor last year because it stopped working properly. It was only 3 years old.

Hi, I am having trouble with my door steps going back in. Sometime they might just go in overnight. I just noticed that my door magnets are not touching (Gap), is there a gap on your door or do i have apiece missing.Thanks in advance. 2019 Aria4000 I bought in Oct. 2018
