Jim, Just found your post. Sorry, I've had some health issues keeping me busy. I (knock on wood) have not had any issues that you describe. I do inspect that area regularly though. Has your dealer be able to help or guide you in any way. I'm not sure if it's in this forum or not but there is a thread somewhere that gives either a phone number or email address for Thor's CEO. I believe the poster had success in getting his issue resolved by contacting him. I'll hunt for it and forward the info to you if I can find it.

I recently had a problem with my 35 SK and wonder if you had the same. The cab to cabover caulk seal broke open. This allowed water into the cab when driving in the rain. I made temporary caulk repairs on the road. But movement between the cab and cabover tears the caulk apart. Thor/ Four Winds will not respond to my inquiries about a recommended repair or about warranty coverage. (It happened two weeks after my warranty expired.) Hopefully you have not experienced this .... but if you have, what did you do?
