My 2014 30.1 had the correct wires and the plug in the dash but they did not come out the back. I found out that some of them they didn't wire completely so I had to hard wire it to the 7 pin plug...

Mine is square so I took the trim off and cut out a section out of the middle and glued it back together then put the trim back on. That would be hard to do on a round one.

I've had them for a while an yes they are. They work great on dirt, gravel, and pavement. A lot more stable and add an extra 1 1/2" to your jacks. :thumb:

About an inch and a quarter. I have them on an ACE. The jacks are close to the wheels so shouldn't make to big a difference.

I used a sound bar that would fit in the cork board on the left. The have a built in amp. Ran the wires through the closet and into the back of the sound bar.

If anyone has this insurance be prepared to pay more than you deductible. They will not pay for any diagnostic charges so be prepared to pay a couple of hundred more.

We went out with our ACE 30.1 last weekend and the weather was hot. 95 to 102 degrees. Our A/C unit could now keep up with the heat. At one point it was 90 outside and 95 inside than it was inside....

Upgraded the tail lights

I got rid of the very poor tail lights on my ACE and went with Barman LED's. I had to enlarge the holes a little. It took about 1 1/2 hours. 417

I installed two LED map lights on either side on the upper bed frame by the seat belts. Had to run a hot wire up from the dash but they work great. Got the lights on E-bay $20 for the pair.

We have a ACE 30.1 for a little over a year and love it once we got it set up the way we want it with a few improvements. We have owned two fifth wheels and decided to go with the ACE.

I disconnected the rear speakers since I never use them and installed a set of surface mounted speakers on the dash hooking them to the rear speaker wires. Made a huge difference.
