Thanks for the replies. I was able to finish de-winterizing and testing all systems. Ready for my first trip next weekend. I never did find the low point drains. Schematic from Thor shows them next...

2019 Chateau looks like it has the same drain configuration. Water drains but it is slow and we can see water in the trap when it is fully drained. Had our only local RV dealer (not a Thor dealer)...
