Just wanted to thank everyone. I have decided that I have enough info and will tow my grand cherokee I won't exceed the GCWR of the Axis.

my mistake the reciever is a 8000 lb 2 inch it is stamped right on the receiver. I would not think that the manufacture of the motor home would rate it to pull 7000 lbs with only a 5000 lb receiver....

I assume your batteries are Lithium or LiFePO4's if you need heat for them. I would not put lead acid bats in a compartment as they have to breath and need outside air. Lead acid gas and fume a lot....
