Your welcome (had the same thing driving it home from the dealer...sat in the driveway trying to figure out how the heck do I turn off the wipers! LOL "It can't be THAT hard" ).

Did you try pushing the wiper button in again? (The one on the dashboard, not the stalk)

Push in: on
toggle up/down: faster/slower
Push in again: off

The steering wheel and column are stock Ford parts--at least the steering wheel is the same I've seen in the van's I've driven and the stalks (turn signal, etc.) are the same in other Ford vehicles...

That is news to me: My windshield washer pump and Jensen radio are on two separate fuses in the outside storage panel. (I know this for a fact since I've blown both independently.)
