Some conditions will have a tire or two off the ground. Yes I have raised the whole RV so all 4 tires are off the ground. I use no jacks or jack stands.

I have not experienced abrupt dropping.

Use jacks if you want. The system is perfectly fine raising one side or the whole rig. Personally I raise the whole rig.

It's very easy to see if grease is coming out the back side of the seal. I will continue to SLOWLY add grease while rotating the tire until clean grease comes out the front, wipe off excess grease...

You can raise just one side...
