I wish I was more aptitude in that area to follow that video. I did ask them at Thor service to verify the proper hookup when I was just there, and they said everything was right, but...

Idle speed

I haven’t checked yet, but can the idle speed be adjusted using the cruise control?

If so that may be another avenue to increase volts.

Low Voltage

I had the same problem twice. I’ve had the issue twice now, I know this is going to sound crazy but both times I turned off my chassis ac, and the unlock indicator showed and slide worked.
