Should be 3 screws on the outside and a screw-on connector on the inside. Make sue you seal it with butyl tape when you install the new one.

Are you talking about where you connect the hose to your RV is leaking? If so, that is your problem. There is an integrated check valve there which is supposed to prevent water from back-flowing...
