Behind the fridge is pretty crowded as is. I know that would be ideal but three wires meet there plus the plug in. I don’t like the looks of my solution but I am not sure I could do much better...

OK so we are in testing mode. Fire extinguisher handy, coach powered up, all three TVs, refrigerator, and AC working. Will the TVs remain powered all day? Inquiring minds want to know.

Well reconnected power turned on TVs then refrig. So far no arcing or sparking so next camping trip may the problem be solved. Have disconnected power and will start again tomorrow.
