Mine did too, twice. There is a recall on this though. Course the nuts show a lot a rust somehow. It doesn't rain as much as the rust shows. Use the 'Rain ex' to keep from using the wipers.

Short warranty times though. Had a friend talking about the warranty times on cars. Some are 3 years, some are 4 and some are longer. Didn't have the heart to tell him about Thor's warranty times....
