Interesting. We have 2 AC units with 50A service and it can get hot with both of them running. We have found the filters need to be cleaned pretty often or the air flow gets clogged up and stops cooling as efficiently. There is also a mod out there to add a vent directly to the bottom of the AC unit housing - it is basically one of the same circular vents that is ducted into the RV, just in the bottom of the AC unit itself.

As always, it really depends on where you are planning on camping. In moderate climates one AC unit may be just fine. In hot and humid climates, both ACs may not cool enough to sleep comfortably.

Not trying to be nosy, but what is the difference in price? Is that a factor?
